Weekend Warrior Adventure

Now is your chance to enjoy some of the best trails throughout Griffith Park, Los Angeles, CA, with a bunch of like-minded women and men, who love an adventure and desire to take the weekend warrior challenge.
The Weekend Warrior Adventure is typically held on Sunday's and begins at 9AM sharp. Before we begin our 2-hour Weekend Warrior Adventure, we warm-up our bodies with some simple calisthenics which is followed by some stretching. At the end of our Weekend Warrior Adventure, we follow-up with some mat exercises and/or a cool down.
We have at least two instructors to lead the fitness groups based on their fitness level, so even if you can only walk, you'll have some other weekend warriors who will most likely be at your pace. We even have some expecting mothers, so if they can do it, you can too!
The Weekend Warrior Adventure is also great for athletes, for those preparing for a 5k, 10k, marathon, mud run, or who just want to lose weight and be healthy and active.
