BIO: Von James, MPT
Von James turned his personal struggle to regain his health into a catalyst
for helping others gain a fit and healthy lifestyle. Extreme Burn Boot Camp was born out
of the desire to give others the tools and support to reach their fitness goals.
Von's personal triumph gave him the fortitude required to serve others as they
begin their lifestyle transformations.
Von James knows what it's like to feel hopeless and isolated. He is even more
knowledgeable on what it takes to overcome and conquer life's challenges. He
discovered that in most situations poor health is simply a consequence of poor
lifestyle habits.
At a very young age, Von became plagued with a debilitating chronic fatigue
syndrome that nearly ruined his life. Unable to see the light at the end of
the tunnel, he was petrified that his devastating condition would only spiral downward.
He was in a battle for his life yet he so earnestly desired to live a normal,
productive life like everyone else around him. Von James endured chronic fatigue
for several years which led to an uncomely body and clinical depression; he felt
like an 80-year-old man in the body of a 21-year-old.
Determined to reverse his condition, Von James embarked upon an extremely challenging
life transformation to heal and purge his body of these enfeebling ailments.
He began extensively researching and attaining knowledge in fitness and nutrition.
Eventually his research lead Von to make changes from the Standard American Diet
(SAD) to natural, whole foods, supplemented with valuable vitamins and minerals.
Von realized the benefits of keeping hydrated and periodic cleansing to help his
body repair and rebuild.
After overcoming insurmountable odds Von James regained his health and vitality.
Thus began his pursuit in teaching others about weight loss and nutrition.
He commenced teaching and motivating others one-on-one to successfully apply
proven methods that he learned from his personal extensive experience and
from other health, fitness, motivational, and weight loss pioneers.

expectations of weight loss since I didn't want to get discouraged like I have
in the past. I have to say that I was really surprised at the loss of inches.
It's great that this program measures not only scale results, but also body

Von's journeys lead him to create Extreme Burn Boot Camp , where he can instruct and guide
groups of people to a more rewarding lifestyle. His positive attitude and strong
personality lend support to those wishing to get more out of their lives.
Serving as a master trainer is only one aspect of Von's mission. He is determined
to help others gain the amazing level of health he has acquired. Von has had
the privilege of helping hundreds with his personal story and methods in
successful fat loss and optimum health.
Von's mission is simple: A total body transformation begins with the mind;
therefore, to make the impossible possible in fat loss, he must motivate not
intimidate, he must encourage others to physically push themselves beyond the
boundaries in their minds. He believes you must teach others to eat balanced,
wholesome meals consistently that yield the best possible results! One aspect
of health cannot improve without the other.
Teaching people to focus on all aspects of their health is the key to Von's
success and the success of hundreds of clients served by Extreme Burn Boot Camp !
BIO: John Cole, CPT
John has achieved many things in his lifetime (e.g., professional actor,
published photographer, and property business connoisseur), but his biggest
achievement was getting fit, losing weight, gaining better health, and achieving
his fitness goals with an unwavering attitude.
After watching himself on a TV show, John realized how unhealthy and overweight
he had become. So right then and there he made a choice to get fit and make a
lifestyle transformation.
He joined Extreme-Burn as a client and 3 months later he was 50 pounds lighter!
Not only was he a success story, but he also became passionate about fitness
and decided to venture in becoming a trainer.
John is now a certified personal trainer (CPT) helping others at Extreme Burn
get the same results he did. His overall goal is to make sure you burn, melt,
and lose as much as possible.
One day you will be up in the hills, while another day you're punching it out
with some great music. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants to make
sure you are giving yourself a chance to succeed by pushing yourself to your
fullest potential.

canceled my class and that I found you guys instead. You guys are 200%
better than the prior group I was with. John has been fantastic, you guys

John believes that fitness can change your outlook on life. So many people
hesitate or think they can never lose weight or get to the body they desire.
John believes you can, with a strong workout regimen and a change in eating
habits. As he witnesses his clients lose inches, weight, and pants sizes every
session he can't wait to help more. At one point, John had to safety pin his
own shorts during Boot Camp class because he was losing so much weight!
In order to achieve great results, there comes great personal commitment.
That is where John is going to help you. If you can show up to class, he is
going to make sure you optimize your body and burn as much off as you possibly
can. John will guide you to get the body you long for everyday. His passion
is contagious, you will succeed because he knows you can!
BIO: Brandie P., EBM
Brandie not only knows the battle of losing weight and increasing nutritional
awareness (personally losing 60lbs through modifications in diet, nutrition,
and activity), she knows the importance of creating a supportive environment;
therefore, she actively shares her Extreme Burn knowledge and
enthusiasm with others who are struggling to reach their fitness goals.
Her role at Extreme Burn encompasses both business and service. Brandie is
dedicated to ensuring each client feels the support and encouragement needed
to reach his/her fitness goals.
Since 2008 Brandie has worked closely with Master Trainer Von James learning
as he diligently provided her with the hands on experience to learn proper
and safe exercises and the overall concept of how to build solid exercise
routines for all levels.
Brandie's hands-on training has provided her with a great deal of experience
which has led her to understand there are some things that you just won't
learn until you're out working with people! You will learn there is no
"one size fits all" program for clients and the importance of how to adjust
routines for clients with certain injuries.
Brandie has a passion to help others to overcome their struggles that extend far
beyond their fitness goals and into emotional behaviors that prevent individuals
from their personal happiness.
She feels strongly about allowing Extreme Burn clients to first feel
trustworthiness with each of the trainers and herself. This trust then allows
the clients to feel 100% comfortable with whom their working with.
Above all else, Brandie believes in being communicative, empathetic, friendly,
and understanding with clients. Brandie has a passion for getting to know each
client on a personal level. Most importantly, she says, "we must learn to listen
to the needs of our clients."

Brandie manages the business to ensure all clients have a warm and welcoming
boot camp experience and to provide you with a smooth transition into your new
lifestyle.
You can expect to see her back and forth between our two locations
ready and available to help you with anything from exercise modifications needed
to answering questions about eating habits.
Brandie's most important goal is to
play a supportive role in helping you overcome your hurdles and reach your optimum goals.
