Weekend Warrior Adventure

This will be an invigorating 2-hour fitness class that you don't want to miss!

It will be held at Griffith Park (border of Burbank/Glendale/Los Feliz), starting at 8AM sharp. Our fitness classes are currently on Saturday's but that may or will change in the future. The workout will consist of two group levels, both advanced (runners/joggers) and modified (power walkers). Available for all fitness levels, unless you can't walk up and down a hill.

What Are The Extreme Burn Classes Like?


Each day is different, designed to work on various parts of the body to build lean muscle and to melt the fat away--even while you sleep! My outdoor training will include many of the following techniques to challenge every muscle in your body, from your fast-twitch to your slow-twitch muscle fibers, keeping your body challenged and your mind interested at the same time.

We use a variety of effective equipment throughout our fitness program (e.g., dumbbells, sandbags, jump ropes, exercise bands, mini-bands, TRX system, kettlebells, medicine balls, stabilization pods, etc.).

What Equipment Do I Need?


  • dumbbells (women: 2-3 lbs. and 5 lb., men: 3 lbs. for music day, 5 to 10 lbs.)
  • a yoga or exercise mat (thick is best)
  • water to keep you hydrated (with strap or belt is best)
  • high-impact shoe insoles to upgrade your current one's
  • towel, optional (to help protect your knees or back on certain exercises)
  • Weightlifting gloves (highly recommended)
