Weekend Warrior Adventure -- Almost Every Weekend!

Weekend Warrior Adventure

This will be an invigorating 2-hour fitness class that you don't want to miss!

It will be held at Griffith Park (border of Burbank/Glendale/Los Feliz Boot Camp), starting at 8AM sharp. Our fitness classes are currently on Saturday's but that may or will change in the future. The workout will consist of two group levels, both advanced (runners/joggers) and modified (power walkers). Available for all fitness levels, unless you can't walk up and down a hill.

Will you yell at me like other military-style boot camps?

Absolutely not! We're here to motivate and encourage you to do your personal best, each and every day, while still holding you accountable!

If I have an old injury can I still participate in the 4-week session?

Of course, we have quite a few individuals, just like you, that we're able to modify the exercises for.

I'm completely out of shape, can I do this?

Definitely yes, just go at your pace and as you progress you'll achieve more strength, stamina, and energy in no time!

When the weather feels cold, what can I do?

When you come to class, make sure you arrive bundled up. Wear a multiple layers of clothing, wear gloves, and a beanie to cover your ears. Within 15 minutes or so, you'll probably be taking off some of your excess clothes due to the exercise activity causing your body to heat up. You'll be nice and toasty in no time :-)

Do we exercise in the wet grass?

Rarely, unlike most boot camps, we have access to many dry areas and a patio to make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

What happens if it rains during boot camp?

We have a protected area that will keep you dry from any wet weather. Please dress warmly and protect yourself as you walk from your car to our secured location.

How often do you have classes throughout the week?

Depending upon our schedule, it's usually Monday, Wednesday, & Friday; each fat-blasting class is for one hour. We also have special events (i.e., power hikes) on the weekend, called the "Warrior Weekend Adventure"--see above!

Can I go to different classes throughout the week?

Most likely, as long as we have a spot open for that particular class time, you may conveniently change your class time. Please make sure you reserve your spot, and let us know of any last minute changes!
