What Are The Extreme Burn Classes Like?
The Extreme Burn Boot Camp includes a fitness and physical assessment, resistance training,
balance and core exercises, cardiovascular training, kickboxing, stair climbing, hiking, yoga,
obstacle courses, and games in a fun outdoor environment.

Will you yell at me like other military-style boot camps?
Absolutely not! I'm here to motivate and encourage you to do your personal best, each and every day, while
still holding you accountable!
If I have an old injury can I still participate in the 4-week session?
Absolutely, I have quite a few individuals, just like you, that I'm able to modify the exercises for.
I'm completely out of shape, can I do this?
Of course, just go at your pace and as you progress you'll achieve more strength, stamina, and energy!
During the Winter, it's really cold, what do I do?
When you come to class, make sure you arrive bundled up. Wear a multiple layers of clothing, wear gloves,
and a beanie to cover your ears. Within 15 minutes or so, you'll probably be taking
off some of your excess clothes due to the exercise activity causing your body to heat up. You'll be nice
and toasty in no time :-)
How often do you have classes throughout the week?
Depending upon our schedule, it's usually Monday through Friday; each fat blasting class is for one hour.
We also have special events (i.e., hikes) on the weekend.
Can I go to different classes throughout the week?
Absolutely, you'll have the schedule for all classes so just go to the one
that's most convenient, make sure you reserve your spot, and let us know of any last
minute changes!
